Common questions
My reps aren’t being counted.
Make sure the body parts the guide shows are in view, and that the room is well lit. A dim room is the most common cause. For push-ups, lay the phone flat under your face; for standing movements, prop it up a few steps away. Half reps and rushed reps are counted as no-reps on purpose.
Is the camera recording me?
No. Frames are analysed on your iPhone while a set runs and then discarded. Nothing is saved or uploaded.
Pushkey says it’s off.
Pushkey needs Screen Time access to lock apps. Tap Allow Screen Time on the Home screen, or check Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time Access.
How do I stop locking an app?
Open the rule in Pushkey and remove the app from your picks. To turn Pushkey off completely, remove its Screen Time access in Settings, or delete the app.
Do I need an account?
No. Pushkey has no accounts. Your history is stored only on your iPhone.
I bought Pushkey Pro but it is not showing.
Open Pushkey, go to Me and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it. To cancel a subscription, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
